Treat People the Way We Want to be Treated
We’ve heard this all our lives, and we believe in it. This is a pretty simple rule; you just put yourself in the other person’s shoes and think about how you would want to be treated in their situation; and then act that way with everyone. It’s easy to talk the talk, but it’s a lot harder to walk the walk. If you can’t walk the walk, then people find out fast, and word spreads.
Everyone in our family and in our company, understands that great customer service is more than a marketing slogan. Everyone in the company must believe it, and give great service from the minute you first walk through our door, until long after you’ve bought your home. People here in the Permian Basin have long memories and are happy to let everyone they know when they’ve had a bad customer service experience. A few years back, there were tons of mobile home dealerships here, and yet ONLY ONE managed to build the kind of customer service reputation that would carry them through the tough times – US!

We Value Independence!
Texas is filled with independent people; it’s one of the things that’s made us so strong. We are an independent dealership because we want to be. We don’t want to have to answer to a “Board” or to ownership that lives 500 miles away, or in another state! Our decisions are made in our Owner’s office.
When you need a decision, we don’t have to “Call Houston,” – We just walk down the hall to Greg’s office, and he can get it done. No corporate office that tells us what models we carry, how to price our homes, who to use for delivery, set-up and service, etc. We make these decisions based on what our customers want and need.
